MID-SUSSEX BAR BILLIARD LEAGUE
DRAW FOR THE SENIOR SINGLES
Prelim round Contact to be made by 14th February 2018
Results to be in by 28th February 2018
1st round Contact to be made by 28th February 2018
Results to be in by 28th March 2018
The competition will be played on a home and away basis, each leg being the best of two frames with the home player taking the break in the first frame, if the games are tied on the second leg a third game will be played on the night, with equal breaks being decided on the toss of a coin.

I beat Andy 3-1 last night. 1 each at the Con Club but I managed to win both games on a very good CKRBL table. Thanks to Ted for scoring the games at CKRBL.

Seniors final has been arranged for Tuesday 29th May, starting at the Burgess Hill Constitutional Club at 8pm, followed by a trip to the Plough. Any spectators/scorers more than welcome.

Neil v chase as it happens
Game one neil to break after playing the break soft and only getting onr down he recovers and starts the 3 down 1 up split scenario and opens with 7280 in 11.5 minutes. Neither player wanted the break back till 16 minutes and it was neil who extended his lead in the best of 5 match 1-0

Game two
Chase to break and he is off to a flyer playing solid barbilliards and opens up with 5480 in 9 minutes neil misses at the back and chase pegs leaving one in the middle but neil gets the balls back and the chase is on but neil ( the thunderstorm ) higgins breaks down on 3k and chase gets the balls back.

Game 3 chase to break
Chase broke down on 1200 and neil replied with 3570 but that was it till last 30 seconds and chase didnt have enough

Game 4
Neil to break
Neil the thunderstorm higgins hits 7180 opening break in 11 minutes leaving chase the near impossible but he gets the balls back but breaks down on 980

Neil wins 3-1 and is this year's senior singles champion
