All matches shall be played on neutral tables and shall be the best of 3 games. The first break shall be decided by the toss of a coin. Even breaks shall be played in the event of a third game, the first break to be decided by a toss of a coin. In the event of a third game the second player shall be entitled to insert additional coins to allow his or her first break to continue without time limit to equal or exceed the first player’s score. Should the third game be tied, a fourth game shall be played with the rules as for the third.
The order of play shall be A,B,C,D in game one, and D,C,B,A in game 2, in the event of a third game the players who did not take the first breaks in the first two games shall take the break.

A rare MSBB post: here's what happened at BHCC earlier this PM.

Paul & Ian 2, Ben & Graham 0.

We played the third game anyway, knocked in 10K between us with 2K and off:
BHCC nice and warm, table playing really well.

A good tussle with all players having their say at some stage.
Leg 1 Foxy opened with 4k, Del not much, me not much, Rob finished off with 6k.
Leg 2 Del a good start, me zilch, Rob added some more, Foxy finished off with 7k.
Tommo's tactics of getting off as quickly as poss to bring Jim's turn round that much quicker working.
Leg 3 I finally got it together and opened with 3k; Rob going well but unlucky to miss the ball completely, we then got another thousand and the table got loaded.

Compensation for a sh!tty day spent stranded at Guildford for six hours whilst car in on a recall for modifications. Thanks to our opponents who were sporting in defeat.

Gary and Nick won 2-1 last night at the Hassocks against Chase and Dave in a close run contest. How to describe the table, hmmmmmm.......... probably unfair to say 'DOLLOP' as others may. You could get scores on it but the top of the table is a law unto itself and all a bit inconsistent.

Gary and Nick won 2-0. 1st leg Nick added to the early platform that Gary had built.
We led by 2k in the second with half the game gone before it went the same way of the first with Nick putting us to the sword.
