HHUSC B 1 Windmill Z 5 @ the Plough Windmill Z the away side as we lost the toss IanG 2110, *Clive 3830 *Steve 1790, Johnny 2440 Paul & John (minus George & Ringo) 1530, *Barry & Graham 2890 *Steve & Chris 1530, Johnny & Clive 1870 John 3610, *Margo 3130 *Paul 3340, Graham 4050
A good competitive match played out in an atmosphere of good karma... Closer than the final result would seem to suggest. Chicken dippers with tom sauce and pork pies with English mustard the highlight of the buffet provided.

Wrong again ! In Billingshurst circles they would claim: There is only one Billy Hammond Magic Pickled Onions. He's even known colloquially as "Billy Onions". Roll on next Wednesday for Billingshurst Finals Night, one of my special reasons for going !

Barry Timson | 3450 | *Chase Newman | 4250 | *Mick Holmwood | 1690 | Jan Bithell | 5580 | Johnny Haigh & Graham Daniels | 2310 | *Chase Newman & Dave Knight | 7610 | *Mick Holmwood & Clive Thompson | 5980 | Ric Bithell & Richard Todd | 690 | Clive Thompson | 1580 | *Dave Knight | 8240 | *Graham Daniels | 4730 | Richard Todd | 1880 |
The Zeds soon found ourselves 0-3 down and 10k behind on aggregate. We managed to halve the deficit in game 4 but then The Knight (having the break) put me to the sword in the fifth. Plough worthy winners, with player selections skilfully handled by Jan. Good to see certain delegates supporting the event - AFW, Ian, Sparky, Lorraine, Bob, Ros, Trevor. And thank you for Ros for providing the emergency food rations ! We have enjoyed playing in the Roy Wells Charity Cup and hope that the funds raised match those of last year. tommo and the Zeds

Thanks to Tommo and his team for a match played in a very civil manner. Thanks to all the neutral scorers, and Ros's trip to the chip shop was much appreciated by certain members of our team.
Hope our proper captain will be back playing again next season.
