Only 7 entries!
We really need more entries to make this competition viable.
The closing date for entries is Sunday
Please spread the word for this competition within your leagues
Unfortunately there is a chance this may have to be cancelled which is being discussed by the SCBBA committee
A decision on this will be made on Sunday

How about those of us who have always travelled up to Didcot from Sussex to play the Special Ladies, in an attempt to keep the competition going? Most times there were only 8 in it.

Well done to Denise on winning her second title today beating Jan in a close final. It was up for grabs until the last couple of minutes when Denise got the balls back. The group game between the two was also close with the same victor. Well done to Jan on her performance too. Denise beat Ros in her semi-final and Jan beat Pauline in her semi-final.
Jean won the plate beating the awesome Woodie in the final. Well done to both.
Thanks to Nigel for his help on the admin desk and all the helpers who worked so hard with the tables. It is a thankless task appreciated by everyone but they must wonder if it is all worth it with so few people entering this weekend.
