You will need to ask Lorin Dawn, not sure if it is booked when fit club is not on the week before, which will make an issue re your regular room on the Thursday.
If I remember rightly it is further into March than before - I set it only by fit club not being on.
Sorry can't help - contact Gerry on Sunday, when you see him at the Kent Open, he will know, as he is organising this next year, he will also tell you when entry forms are available.

Is anyone able to help with the dates
I want to sort dates for our comps which are usually held the 2 weekends before Bournemouth so I can announce them at our AGM and put the dates on our affiliation forms.
Although I didn’t ask Gerry myself I was told he didn’t know the dates or that he was supposed to be organising it.

I believe the AEBBA Secretary has been away on holiday.
AEBBA should be the ones to answer this and for them to complete whatever negotiations they are having with the hotel.

It is with great pleasure that we are now able to confirm the dates for the Bournemouth Pairs 2020 as the 6th-8th March.
Once again we are greatly supported by our event partners at the Queens Hotel who are thrilled to be welcoming us back.
We are also delighted to announce that, despite an environment of rising costs for everyone, prices for this event have been negotiated hard and fixed at 2019 levels.
Bookings will open very soon so please watch this space.
