Ros lost to Barry
Trev beat Pete
Paul beat Dom
Mike w/o
Nice play from Spud and Paul. A mid game
B/P from Ros , and Dom 4 balling the break ,
were the high lights. Fun and friendly
evening ,with the B’s unfortunately a player
short again.

Wins for Del, Darren, Jenny , Taylor and
Peter. A 10k for Del , as the A’s showed
the visitors no mercy.

Plough 3, Zeds 2 Jan 1570, Clive 1980 (neither player exactly excelling, a little 400 break at the end decisive)
Chase 4080, Mick 4560 (The home player with the break quickly out of the blocks and Mick 'chased' him down with two breaks - one of 1k, one of 3.5k) 2-0
Zeds in the ascendancy, then the wheels came off.......... Richard 1950, Barry 1410 (lots of goes each, but Mr Todd's superior table knowledge seeing him home) Dave 7240, Johnny 1420 (Dave finding the ideal split position at the third attempt, went on to bank a 5.5k opener) 2-2 Ric 4150, Graham 2940 (First loss of the season for Graham; he made the early running but Ric made a magnificent break, starting with clearing a ball near baulk, then negotiating a cluster of balls around the 50 hole and culminating with some steady 50 pots.) 2-3
A deserved win for the home team and a good selection of mini pies, pasties and condiments provided.
