I raised a query at the A.G.M. over playing  the over 60's and the Grand Prix on the same date as rules do not permit entry in both when played on the same date.

Indication was the under 30's would be swapped as the exclusion rule does not cover that.

Confirmation the original stands please?

Thank you Lorin for updating the AEBBA site with the dates and Tony for putting on here.

Swopping the Over 60s and Under 30s makes sense to me as in my opinion people are more likely to enter the Over 50s and 60s, if they qualify for both, if they are on the same day as saves two lots of travelling. This is not being critical and only a personal view.

I know it's not AEBBA run, but are we allowed to know the reasons for the apparent removal of the Berkshire Open from the calendar ?
Was cancelled this year, but is it now gone, never to be seen again ?

Always think it sad when we lose a long-standing tradition.

Possible solutions were explored at the A.G.M. but, ultimately, lack of local interest in Berkshire has meant its demise. That was the explanation given from Reading.
