Nomads 1, Old Oak 4 *John P 4340, tommo 5280
*John M 2220, Snash 2680
Jel 10,890, *Trotter 960
*Lorraine 1700, Charlie 1780
Kyle 3230, *Martin 5100
Some close games, with John P almost punishing me for an earlier touch-up, and John M losing as many as he managed to hold. Jelly irresistible in the third, demonstrating a good array of split shots (50/100s, 50/20s and even one 50/30 !)

Salfords Y 3 Spcc A 2
Anita 5980 Tracy 5110 Mark 8830 John 4220 Sue 3230 Dave 4810 Nev 5640 Junkie 2710 Karen 1790 Laurie 5020
First up Anita and Tracy which turned out a cracking match.Anita off with 2500 Tracy fought back to take the lead. Anita next to get the balls back and made another 3k.Tracy never gave up and just ran out of time chasing Santa's score.
Mark and John on next, I was on and off missing a split .Fritz really making it count got the balls back and made a break of 8470. John got the balls back late on and made a consolation 3k.
DC and Sue on 3rd.Sue off with a few and Dc struggling to sort the table out.Things were pretty even till Dave added a few at the end to win the leg.
Nev and Junkie on next and with both players losing breaks well into the .game scores were nil v 10. Nev next to get the balls back made a 4k break to take the leg.
Karen and Laurie on last.Karen off early and Loz grinding the points out was never in danger.
Thanks to the Y's for a fun evening and a deserved win.We also saw a great ladies match and Mark setting the highest home break .
