Have to admit being a fellow fan, Colemanator. Was listening to Led Zeppelin's first album in my mate (the best man)'s house ten minutes before getting married in March 1970. Then it was across the road to the church !
4) Fourth Album (with the four symbols) 5) The New Yardbirds 6) Terry Reid (he of The River fame) 7) Peter Grant 9) Gibsons 10) The Song Remains The Same.
Nice subject for a quiz !

1) Knebworth, 1979. 2) Stormtrooper outfit.
3) Presence. There's a bit of legend attached: on the eve of its release, in 1976, John Bonham was at a Deep Purple concert on Long Island. During a particularly boring instrumental interlude he staggered on stage, watched by stunned roadies, and announced into a free microphone: "I just want to tell you that we've got a new album coming out called presence and it's f*cking great. And as far as Tommy Bolin (= Purple's guitarist) is concerned, he can't play for sh!t !"
Re: 9) on previous post. Page used several Gibsons, but was most famed for the double-necked variety.
