As AEBBA do not profess to be the national governing body for Bar Billiards (question at A.G.M. 2020) then no national Covid compliant framework can be produced to allow team play in excess of social distancing limits

Updated Dec 14th - New guidance on daily testing for contacts of positive cases. Updated Dec 23rd - 10-day self-isolation period reduced to 7 days following positive test. Updates Feb 21st - End of all remaining compulsory measures announced, living with covid advice.
This will end monitoring of government announcements by forum staff, unless a new variant surfaces that proves to be more worrying.
It's been a long two years and I suspect most, if not all, have lost friends/family to covid. Just be careful and considerate out there, the disease has not gone away yet.
