Mid Sussex AGM 2021

With the loosening of COVID restrictions predicted for 19 July it is hoped that we will be able to resume our Wednesday night entertainment in the autumn.



To enable this to happen smoothly the AGM has been arranged for 4 August 2021 at The Hassocks commencing at 8pm. I hope that all those wishing to attend will feel comfortable enough to come along.

Your help in the returning of trophies and handing in of charity boxes would be appreciated. Derek has said that he will collect them from you if contacted by phone or email.



Agenda and previous minutes will be emailed nearer the time. The rules agreed at the last AGM will be rolled over for the 2021/22 season.

Following our recent committee meeting we have agreed with Chris at the Hassocks that we can use the large Marquee in the garden this has separate access at the side of the building.
This will provide a completely separate area for our meeting and will allow plenty of room for social distancing.

Please come along and support the committee.

Thanks to all those that attended & it was nice to see a good turn out.

League fees for this season only will be £30 this was carried over from the 2020 AGM and Comp entry fees for this Season will be free.

Committee is the same but with Jan Smith taking over as Treasurer.

No Rule changes were proposed and the 2020/21 rules will roll over.
