As promised a bit more detail about yesterdayThe Plate ...... was won by Rick Cunningham, well done to him and to Joe Elleson who was leading after the first leg but Rick pulled away in the second leg for a fairly comfortable win, Joe having to settle for runner-up. Rick beat John Kitson in his semi-final and Joe beat Kyle Ingram in the other.
In the Main..... semi-finals Mark Trafford narrowly beat John Slee, who performed well again. In the other semi-final Nigel Senior defeated Dave Ingram (and went on to win the Final - ct)
Well done to both John and Joe for flying the flag for Surrey !
