Yes, it dates back to 1963 and I can even now recall the Windies scoring 501 with a century from opener Conrad Hunte, a middle order of Kanhai, Butcher and Sobers, and the fearsome fast bowling duo of Wes Hall and Charlie Griffiths bearing down on the hapless batting opponents.

Anyway, I'll correct myself and say that it was Viv Richards with 138 not out who is the answer to 5).

For 2) I offer 102 for Clive Lloyd's innings for the bonus.

3) Aussie captain: Ian Chappell; keeper: Rodney Marsh.

For a final push, 16) Scotland and Rep.of Ireland also staged matches in the course of the 1999 final; and

Still surprisingly a couple of Aussie bowlers to get (9 & 18) and 5 points available for Kenya's triumphs from just 4 years ago on #19. Guesses anyone?

I'll have a go at Q19 on Kenya in 2003. This was the first World Cup hosted in Africa, and was staged jointly in South Africa, Zimbabwe and Kenya.
Zim and Ken both qualified for the Super Six, but S/A bombed out in strange circumstances, tie-ing a match with Sri Lanka which they should have won had they not declined an extra single, thinking they had already done enough.
Anyway, the teams which Kenya beat in the group stage were Canada, Sri Lanka and Banghladesh, and in the SuperSix they beat Zimbabwe. New Zealand were the nation who forfeited against them due to safety reasons.
Kenya went on to be (losing) Semi-Finalists the one and only non-Test ranked cricketing nation to achieve this.

Just those obviously unknown Aussie bowlers in 9 & 18, both of whom may have taken the odd wicket in Ashes series...
