Modern versions are readily available, but if I've needed originals I've kept an eye out for the cheapest tatty old scoreboards on FleaBay and re-utilised the rails and/or pointers.

yes I have thought of ruining a few old Snooker scoreboards myself....

You could always try Ivor Champion...... ......who might have what you're after in his workshop. He'll probably ask you for a close up photo. I've bought all sorts of spares off him over the years: diamond number markers, a 'teardrop' scoreboard dial, mirror hangers, backboard hinges etc.
