Windmill G/G 5, Alfold SC 0 Not much luck for the visitors tonight although some nervous moments for Mick towards the end after he downed a 3.5k break and Bill came back at him with a thousand break. Season's best scores for both Paul and Johnny. Thanks to Alfold for a nice evening, and our thoughts and best wishes go to absent friend Garry Fishburn.

Rssc 4 Mucky Duck 1
Moose 5010 Colin 2780 Steve 8150 Mick 1060 Dick 6560 Steve 1930 John 2180 James 9880 Pete 4410 Ding 2040
First up Lee and Colin. Colin off early giving Moose a good opportunity which alas he Didn't take. Things soon got bogged down and the frame became scrappy. Eventually Moose got the balls back and made a 3k break . More shots each and the table got no easier. With time running out one more break saw Lee home.
Frame 2 Mick and Steve. Mick missing early and Sniffer in with a terrific 6k break all but sealed the leg.. More points later and leg was his.
Dick and Steve next and for the third time Steve off early. Dick head down and grafting made 4k took control of the match. With Steve struggling another 2k from Dick made sure of The win.
Game 4 Porge and yours truly. James unlike his teammates off with best part of 4k. I managed to get the balls back but cocked up a 10 split. Porge cleared up and made another Superb 5k break and that was frame over.
Last but not least Pete and Ding. A tight leg for quite a while with plenty of goes each. Pete eventually grafting out enough points to take the leg and match 4-1.
A lovely friendly evening as always with Ding,Mick Porge and the gang. A great leg 4 from Porge the highlight of the night and a good win for us.
