Good evening all,
We hope everyone is keeping safe and well and we are once again looking forward to seeing you all later this year.
The 2022 tournament will be held on the following dates: -
Friday 11th November
Saturday 12th November
Sunday 13th November
The Merton have kindly once again agreed to hold the event and re-open the hotel, exclusively for the event on Thursday 10th of November through to the 13th of November, with all guests required to depart on the 14th of November (so 4 room nights in total), with a minimum stay of two nights.
The rates will be all Bed & Breakfast ('BB'), they won’t offer Half board, with all bookings being pre-paid in advance*.
£70 for a double or twin BB per night
£80 for a triple BB
£125 for a family per night BB (All family types filling the family suites first)
The terms they have agreed are that there will be no servicing of the rooms during the stay but if guests do require towels changed they can call housekeeping during set times.
They will open the Belvedere and Lobby bars, and will open Bonetti’s Dinner on a reduced menu each evening. They will also open Bonetti’s for Lunch and dinner on the Friday, Saturday and Sunday. As usual, on the final evening, for presentations and karaoke, they will open the Star Room.

We have firmed up with the hotel that bookings can be made in advance, with full payment coming in before the 7th of September 2022. Should the Jersey Government put restrictions in place which make the tournament not possible to play then they would issue a full refund.
Finally - entry forms shall be published later this year.
