Windmill GG 5, Railway 0 (at the Mucky Duck) (in order played) Johnny 3570, Scott 1470 Mick 7300, Lee 1290 Steve 4860, Carl 330 Paul 3990, Grant 1510 Clive 3270, Colin 740
Railway's players 1 and 5 were profligate, Scott pegging, giving Johnny the break back twice; and Colin unluckily BP'd when he had me well under the cosh - I think the ball must have moved on the D as he hit it.
Many thanks to the Duck's Mick Johnson for preparing the table and staying to mark all five games.

First up Jim and Pete. Jim off first with 1500 ,Pete pegging his opening break. Plenty of goes and Pete got the balls back 2k and another peg whoops. Jim going well then peg somewhat of a Reocuring theme. Pete next to get them back and going well and you've guessed (correct peg). Ffinally Pete made a score but time was up.
Game 2 and Sniffer on and off likewise Noggs. A few goes each and Steve got his head down and Made 3k break. Plenty of goes each but Steve ran out a good winner
Dick and Chelsea on next and Brian off early. Dick on and a useful 3k opener. Plenty of goes for The next few minutes then dick got them back and another 3k was enough to take the win.
Fourth up me and Jt and my break hopefully learning from my awful game on the table last week. Chalk and Cheese and flying along I just caught a split slightly thin and 9 grand down the Pan. Jt's Break and soon off. I managed to get them back and played to the bar with enough, to the relief of my teammates. What could of been maybe a play out.
Last but not least Moose and Sandsy. A level game for a while till Moose got his head down and made enough to take the leg and 4 1 win.
A great evening with good mates . Plenty of jovial banter and a good comeback after the first game. Table superb once you know the odd quirk. Big thanks to the windmill for the sarnies.
