Hi Everybody

I have just received the sad news from Malcolm that Garry Fishburn has passed away after a long illness

His funeral is on Friday 5th August 2022 at Guildford Crematorium at 2.15pm, with a gathering at Alfold Sports and Socual Club.

A good man was Garry and a good player

Very saddened by this news. Garry was very easy to get on with, and a good player: I remember him winning the Mixed Doubles with Sam Short.
We knew he had become seriously ill, but the news of his passing still comes as a shock.
Condolences to his family and other loved ones - including of course the team.

news to hear that Gary has passed away. As I had heard from John Tidy and his teammates Gary was very unwell but still
  a big shock. He was a smashing guy and a very steady player, loved his sport especially his golf. He will be  sadly missed by his friends 
Family and teammates, condolences to all family and friends.
