Great effort Stormin', but you haven't quite bagged 'em all. ;) 1. Not Philodendron, which is more like no.4). 2. Not a fig, and no relation. One of these is to be found as part of the decor in nearly every Chinese Restaurant in the land.3. Schefflera arboricola. Correct, 1pt. 4. Scindapsus aureus. Correct, 1pt. Another name would be Pothos Epipremmium Aureum , and popularly known as Devil's Ivy. Plants can grow to over six foot tall if you train them up canes. We have one in our conservatory. 5. Not a maranta, the picture I gave was a bit blurred, so here's a better one of the plant in bloom: 6. Sansevieria Trifasciata or "Mother-in-law's tongue". You got both names, so 2pts. 7. Dracaenas. Correct, 1pt. I have one and it's the "Twister" variety. 8. Aloe Vera. Correct, 1pt. A succulent with healing properties in the leaves. These thrive without much care and attention, anone want cuttings I have loads, at home and by my desk at work. 9. Cordyline. Correct, 1pt. 10. Chamaedorea. Correct 1pt Also known as the Neanthe Bella Palm. 11. Chlorophytum or Spider Plant. Just about the most common of houseplants. Both names given, 2pts. 12. Ficus rhobusta or Ficus elastica (Rubber Plant). Correct 1pt. Leaderboard: [glow=red,2,300]Stormin' 11pts[/glow] To get: 1,2 & 5

Well done, H&J. 5. Christmas cactus is right for 1pt. The one in the picture had pink blooms, we have two in the house, one with red blooms and one with white. They sometimes develop a mind of their own and flower at Easter. ;)

Stormin' gets the last one which is the Jade Plant or "Money Tree" or Crassula Ovata. A late bonus point also for the Schlumbergera as the other name for the Christmas Cactus.
Lord Cheeky - unfortunately not the Peperomia, which has spade shaped leaves rather than round. You get 0.5pts for naming another popular houseplant - as anyone else would have got for mentioning Euphorbia or Poinsetta (another margo favourite like the Christmas Cactus. ;) ) But - too late now - Quiz Closed ! ;D
Final table: 1. Stormin' 13pts 2. Lord Cheeky 1.5pts 3. H&J 1pt
