Sussex Home and Away Inter-League 2022-2023 (with fixtures)

I am pleased to announce that the Sussex Home and Away Inter-League will start on Sunday 25th September 2022

We have the same teams entered that started last season's Inter-League so that includes West Sussex

The committee met to discuss the formation of the Leagues for this coming season and it was agreed that West Sussex will be placed in Division 2 and that Littlehampton would remain in Division 2 following representation to the AGM. This means that for the coming season there will be five teams in Division 1 resulting in a bye in that division and six teams in Division 2

It is the intention that if the same teams enter the following season (2023-2024) Division 1 would return to having six teams and this would be achieved by the winners of Division 2 this season being promoted and no relegation from Division 1

I am currently working on the fixtures and dates for the coming season trying my very best to avoid any clashes

I hope to have the fixtures out to those concerned by the weekend of 3/4 September giving everyone three weeks notice so if you have any "requests" please let me know within the next week or so and I will do my best to accommodate them
