Windmill GG 2, Roffey SSC 3 Paul Jobbins 1400, John Slee 6490 Michael Wilson 5610, Dick Cable 3120 Graham Daniels 1640, Jim Greensted 1270 Steve King 1850, Pete Fisher 4310 Clive Thompson 2260, Dave Howlett 2670
Table a bit iffy tonight, for which the home captain takes full responsibility (brought along the iron but forgot the extension lead - d'oh !) This meant the usual suspects (Jim, Steve etc) were unable to settle. Well done to those who came away with a "W" - especially Graham after unluckily pegging a 3k break. Tommo v Twiggy was a good old-fashioned decider with difficult leaves throughout, my 1k break at the end off small fry not quite enough. An impressive debut from our new boy, shame for us that snooker will have first call on him for most Wednesdays.

Roffey Cricket Club 3 Railway 2
JT 550 Scott 9890 Sandsy 4750 Colin 800 Noggs 2730 Grant 970 Jim 4570 Lee 1630 Chelsea 1660 Dave 4270
Game 1. Played second. Scott was invincible tonight, kicking off with 4k then following with another 4k. JT outgunned tonight. Game 2. Heavy going to start, steady play from Sandsy. Game 3. Repeat of game 2. Game 4. Played first. Neck and neck to start. Jim got his head down at the end. Game 5. 3k start for Dave proved insurmountable for Chelsea.
Fun evening at the CC. Apologies for late report.
