Hi Everyone. Just to introduce myself I'm from Lincolnshire, where Bar billiards seems to be pretty rare, so I have my own table at home for purely my own and guest use. The table is an oak Jelks refurbished by Mr Ivor Champion. I used to play as a teenager in a pub in Penrith where I got bitten by the bug but it then took around 40 years before I could get my hands on a table and play again.
Now retired and spend most of my time playing with steam engines, model boats and motorcycles when I get the chance. I usually have a tinker on the Bar Billiards table while I'm waiting for drying up duties to commence but it does for the basis of a pleasant evening when we have a couple of friends around.
