Hi all
I would just like to thank Stuart Mepham for installing one of his refurbished tables in our club at Rssc. A beautiful shade of blue
Certainly a first for Horsham and only a pound. Outstanding value.
Went in the club Saturday and had a couple of games it is an absolute flyer. First league game Weds against Windmill GG watch this
Space. Thanks Chocie.

This is a good result for the club & both teams and Leagues which keep Roffey Club as a venue.
It's good that we have people like Stuart & others that can provide quality tables to keep the game going.

Well we enjoyed the new blue baize table (some more than others!) and are sure the home team will too once it has settled in.
An amazing performance from our young superstar who sacrificed his snooker tonight for the cause.
Margo a last minute sub for ailing Steve (get well soon mate). She might have pulled off a surprise against Pete had she kept all she scored and was unlucky to lose an 810 break at one stage.
A nice chilli served which warmed the cockles on an icy evening.

Thanks Clive for posting up the scores from last night's match ( The first bash on our new top ).
Just to add a few thoughts on the game.

Leg 1 Paul and Dick. A sharkey start and Paul off early. Plenty of goes before Paul settled and took a good 
Lead. Dick having no luck eventually got the balls back but all too late.

Leg 2 Margo and Pete and as Clive said If Margo had kept all she scored it could have been so different. Pete
Struggling to get going. A  lot of pressure on Margo stepping in at the Last minute. Fair play to you.

Leg 3 Yours truly and Graham. Graham off fairly early giving me a chance and I made 3k break.A few more 
Goes each and I got them back. One more 3k sealed it. 

Leg 4 Michael and Moose (out of retirement to help us out). Great expectations from Michael but a slow start.
Not many more shots and he clicked into gear. A shade lucky with numerous shaves of pegs but an outstanding 
Game setting a new high away score. 

Leg 5  Clive and Twig. A captain's encounter and a bit Cat and Mouse Twig not having much luck getting the balls back 
And Clive steadily accumulating points.And so the game played out Twig frustrated and Clive ran out  a good 
Winner.

Lovely evening with the Windmill. I am sure once the top settles there will be some very good scores made.
