Windmill GG 3, Mucky Duck 2 Johnny 1140, Mick Johnson 4220 (Mick scored a grand on each of his first three visits, Johnny unable to clear for the break back) Graham 8640, Ding Johnson 940 (Graham back to his best, giving no quarter to Ding) Paul 5230, James Childs 3450 (Cut and thrust this one, Paul sealing a heroic win with a 2700 playout) Steve 6870, Colin Barrow 2110 (A good start from Colin but our Mr Reliable in sparkling form) Mick H 2550, Mick J (4-plyr) 3020 (the lead changed hands a few times before our Mick stood 600 behind with the bar gone and the red left. He played up-and-back for a white 200 but it was a rotten leave so wasn't to be)
Thanks to the Duck for making it a good evening and well done to their Captain Fantastic on winning both his games.

Railway 2 Rscc 2
Stuart 1010 Dick 3240 Scott 1280 Pete 2130 Colin 2670 John 2290 Grant 1330 Twig 1810 Dave 5320 Dick 1650 (4th player )
First up Dick and stuart. Dick off with just a few but Stuart struggling to get going as well. Dick with small Breaks keeping a match winning lead . 1.0
Second up Scott and Pete. Lost count how many goes each with table playing awfully tricky. Nobody getting The upper hand till Pete scrambled home.
Me and Colin next. One potted off break and off. Colin not fairing much better. Things bad to worse with balls All over the place. A few more goes and break back my chance but the way the top was playing off again so Frustrating. Inevitably came down to the wire and Colin cleared up to nick it.
Leg 4 and certainly no better Grant and Twig slogging it out and not much fun for either. Twig just keeping His nose in front somehow 3-1.
Last but not least for the umpteenth time recently 4th player Dick against Dave. Dave's break and off with A few to take a good lead in retrospect .Playing one down off the break seemed only option and Dave played It well to accumulate best score by a mile.
A lovely evening with the Railway even if the top was a "Tad Awkward!!!! , Highlight of the evening was yet to Come with a Superb Chilli and Garlic Bread thanks Nathan. 😁
