Well done to both the Stags Head C and the Master Mariner on winning last night
Both finished runners-up in their respective divisions but win the Cups!

Result of the Master Mariner v Moulscoomb Club (It's a lot easier to just write MSC).
Gary 11730 - 1660 Martin Darren 2470 - 8130 Colin Moppy 12560 - 1310 Dave Steve 4210 - 2360 Tim Dj 5160 - 1880 Phil
The Mariner decided to make up for losing the league to us by going stupid Gary kicked off well with a few grand start but Martin couldn't match it and Gary came back on to score a break of 7610 Colin broke and came off after 7450 which Darren couldn't match and Colin finished the game Moppy was pretty determined to beat Gary and came off after 7820 which meant Dave was sitting pretty forlorn a lot of the time Tim decided to knock the white over on just under 3k and 1 ball came back and the other went down. Couldn't get hold of it after that. DJ started well and I should have matched and passed him but everything went pear shaped and I just couldn't play for toffee. DJ made sure of the match with a 3k break at the end.
Well done to the Master Mariner for a good match (made up for losing to the Branch many years ago when I was playing for them) and thank you for the Stag for putting on sandwiches.

New oak A 2 stags head C 3
The aim was win the toss and draw Nigel out before the fifth game
Ian 10240 Jim 3270 Ian nearly had a peg on second split but after that very controlled and went in with enough Bob 4190 grant 6020 Gt going off with just under 4K Bob balls back but off on 2k grant got the balls back and got to 1400 before having a massive kick and both balls stayed up, Bob played two great shots and set about the chase but chubbed a one up and that was game over Phil 3060 mark 6460 Pivotal game this Phil not looking settled tonight and both struggling to get the balls back but mark finally did after about 8-9 minutes of play gone and went in with enough to win the game against the break Nigel 0 Stu 10820 Stu off on just over 6 but first to get balls back and get to 10k total score Nigel went rapid for 5k with some exhibition shots at the end where a peg come
Marcus 10290 boball 0 Marcus off on 1200 and I fluffed my first split and Marcus played to the last minute then come the trick shot two in the 200 but the cross double wasn’t on so I managed to take the black out
Well played to the stag tonight and thank you to mark for stepping in and winning a very crucial game
