League Table.
A Team
B Team
As we enter the final round of league games, Week 14, it is all to play for.
The champions will be decided after the Henty B versus the Prince of Wales match when they meet each other next Tuesday: if the visitors avoid a defeat they will be the champions, otherwise the Henty B will retain their title.
Section B title will be decided between the White Hart, who face a tricky away match at the Locomotive A ,whilst the Locomotive B visit the Vine. There are a few combinations that could happen here in deciding the winners.
WIth 3 of the 4 matches having some bearing on deciding the title winners, yet in the other game, BLEP v Henty A, Declan Dynes team could do with avoiding defeat to stave off the threat of relegation. Unfortunately whatever the result the BLEP will finish up with the wooden spoon.
Note: The Henty Arms are hoping to reopen following refurbishment in time for their game. The Vine fixture may also have to be switched to another venue. A note will be sent to team captains prior to next Tuesday to confirm arrangements.
Individual Ranking Table.
Another interesting situation arises in deciding the final outcome of the individual merit, especially as the Henty B play the Prince of Wales in the final match.
Current leader is Dan Wheal on 23 pts. 2 pts. ahead of both Barry Holt and Ian Lelliott on 21 pts.with Steve Beach a further point behind on 20pts. Several permutations exist, although Dan is in the box seat and a win for him will seal it.
James Whittle has had a good season playing for the Locomotive B and is assured the top Section B player, he is currently in overall 7th. spot on 17 pts.
