Congratulations to the reverend. Even after first game. I had a great chance in second but the old timer made the most when required. Said before we started billiards is about enjoying yourself and having fun. Give me another 70 years and I will be close to matching Colin. Well done to not just a deserved winner but one of the good guys.

Well done to Colin Green on winning the Lower Division Masters beating Gary Mechan in the final
A competitive day of bar billiards on good tables
Colin had beaten Doug Dawson in his semi-final and Gary had beaten team mate Moppy Scott in his
In the final itself Gaz decided to go first but the opening leg was very scrappy, in the second leg Colin took control to seal the title, with Gaz unable to find his good form of earlier in the day. Well done to him too on a great season but not quite able to add the Lower Division Masters title to the Captains Cup he won on Finals Night
Thanks to everyone who participated on the day and to those who helped with the scoring

Thanks Matt, Nigel, Stuart and everybody for marking the Masters happen. Had a great day. Well done Colin for the win. Will try harder next year but if the bar is open I will enjoy the company just as much as the billiards. Great job. Mop.
