Just want to say thanks to Blue Anchor. Great night lots of fun. Haven’t played summer league for a while but both the match played and barracking (lots of it) was all done in the right spirit of what the summer league should be … fun
Also want to say thanks to Matt for he’s work in running this competition.. a thankless task. And as for the handicaps…perfect making for some great games

Echo Jeans sentiments. Like Jean I do not always play the Summer League but Wednesday was a scream.
Matt does a lot of chasing to get the league up and running and yes some will disagree with their handicaps but it is a thankless task and I know Matt (and I believe Nigel) sit down and work the handicaps so it is fair for all, I know that some on the highest handicap struggle to close down the deficit especially on the trickier tables but surely the idea is to even it out so games are competitive so come on people get off Matts back and enjoy your evening and let Matt have some peace to enjoy his (he already has enough troubles from his own team mates).

I agree. The handicaps are a thankless task. A few summers ago the Mont didn't fancy the summer league. We did our own thing just for our team. I made it almost impossible for the better players to win with big handicaps and an off score for players as well. Glad it's going well and look forward to my first match with the Bevy. Keep it up Matt. By the way you need a stylist if you're on video. I suggest Steve Burns. X
