Shocked and saddened at this news about Chris. Very accomplished 4-Pinner, and a really nice guy, always up for a bit of friendly banter. Condolences to his family and Eastbourne buddies. To assist with his memory, Chris is the one on the right in this picture:

Absolutely shocked and so saddened by the news that Chris has passed. I got to know Chris on our 4 pin Exploits in Sudbury. A smashing guy and a very smart 4 spinner on his day. We were in the same group at 4 pin open only in March and had a great weekend in his company. Always up for a laugh and good time. All my condolences to family and friends. R.I.P Chris.

One of the regulars at the Bay Horse rooms! sad to think the last time I saw him was probably when Gill set all the fire alarms off at the crack of dawn and Chris was standing in the car park in his jockey shorts, I think with a fag on, but a smile on his face from the mickey taking.

Shocked to hear this news, Chris was great company whenever I saw him.
Usually saw him at the 4 pin, a version of the game which he was really keen on, maybe not when I played as remember him falling asleep whilst I was playing one of my matches. Trouble was he was scoring.....
RIP Chris

Ditto, I thought it a touching tribute to one of the characters and genuine people in life. It was good the see the Eastbourne lads and Mike Riley all the way from East Anglian four pin land.
Had a nice potter around the miniature steam railway next door and pleasant lunch before joining the cortège.
R.I.P. Chris
