Nice to see a new player in the league at the Howard and sure with a bit of encouragement and coaching Arron will do okay. Nice venue with friendly locals and a nice spread of sandwiches to finish. As usual a good night with Dover and his team. Table just settling in but with a small adjustment will be a nice top.

Yes, good first match at a nice new venue, leg 4 could have been so different with Michelle playing the top extremely well with nearly 4k opener before missing a ball up the middle giving Chris a chance which he took well. Happy that TJ played the 2 legs for us as he used all his experience to get, and stay in front. Thank you to Tony Cross for stepping in at late notice with Rick unwell. |

Experience that`s a bit much for a relative newcomer still learning the ropes. I must have used all that experience up on Wednesday as Thursday looked as though I had never held a cue before but that`s the TJ we have come to expect.

Good start for the defending champs, I had to contend with Zoe's fan club, but they disappeared after she pegged her opener. Well done to Kev who beat Marcus and his bent cue when 4-0 down, but at least he prevented the whitewash....
