Stag c 4 New Oak B 1 Stuart 4290 Stuart 15180 Boball 6770 alan b/p Grant 7910 Jean 5060 Kev 5090 Sandra 3040 Stuart (4player rule) 10220 Lorraine 3670(3010 break )
So a flattering result with chances in all games tonight table played well just slower which caught the away team out Stuart off on 8k and chocie had loads of time but came off on his score and that was it game over
Well what can I say Alan didn’t get to grips with the table and I built a nice 7k lead only to take the black out straight after Alan had aswell so who would get the balls back first Alan but off on under a k and I made sure this time to level the match
Jean started well but a split went wayward and she was off but first to get balls back but couldn’t kill it some steady play from gt and we were 2-1 up
Kev was below par playing his wife tonight maybe he was being nice but once he got the balls back a quick fire 4k in 3 mins put to bed any hopes of a come back
And chocie on twice made up for his first loss with a nice couple of breaks to take an extra leg and keep us sitting high at the top
Excellent sarnies as always and a fun evening had 1 more week to go then good luck in jersey to all playing some tasty groups

Result of rearranged match played Monday 04/11/2024 Bevy 0-5 Blue Anchor **Ashley Edwards 2820 - 3870 Chris Cox - Ash off early with the break, Chris got them back pretty quick but left first one up short. Bit of a battle up the top after that, Ash did get them back but didn't make many. With time running out Coxy with a nice clearance and made enough **Brian Muggridge 1690 - 7620 Tony Jenner - Brian off early, TJ break straight back and showing no ill effects from a recent hospital trip smashed in a 5k+ continuing his recent fine form 1-1 **Kevin Stoner 1780 - 6500 Matthew Knight - fair to say Kev is a bit out of form, didn't help that he left his first one up short. I made exactly 5k which proved to be enough **Liam Barber 0 - 7270 Rick Cunningham - Liam off early and Rick made a very nice 5k midway through the leg to put us 4 up **Zoe Stoner 2310 - 7870 Joe Oakley - ending with two of the quietest people in the game - Zoe off early, Joe got them straight back and made a very good 6520 opener and touch, he loves the table which was, once again, really good tonight Good result for us, thanks to the Bevy for an extremely enjoyable night with plenty of banter and laughs as it should be
