Please note that all those who were expecting to have caravan accommodation this year, will not now be doing so.
The entire complex has been closed until after Easter by the Environment Agency. If you have not yet been contacted direct; or were sharing with chums, then a refund will be made upon request.
As far as we are aware, the venue is fine.
Without an alternative to the vans, the old takings are gonna suffer Rog!! :( ::)

Can confirm that the site is indeed closed :'(
Alternative accomodation seems to be very thin on the ground.

As the Wooly is probably the closest pub to the Captain Morgan, players are more than welcome to meet or park cars here over the weekend. Perhaps you could all get together and a minibus taxi service could shuttle to save the wives driving all the way to drop you all off, and on a flooded road. Just a thought but your all welcome.

Hmm....
Table 1; nearest the door to the store and kitchen, draughty, and although that floor is sprung (apparently) the carpeted area under tables 4 & 5 affords a little more comfort - and that bloomin' great heater on the wall to help prevent hypothermia!
Still - table 1 for Al; Table 5 please... shoudl it be necessary! :D :D

The Cole clan will commute, getting far too creaky for sleeping bags on the floor unless we bring an inflatable mattress and that just starts getting silly!!!!! Family pow wow last night concluded with plan of action and we will all be there, I know the lack of accomadation has scuppered a brill weekend away for several of us ( afew of which have been looking forward to for a year!!) But am still excited and cant wait for "kick off" - (perhaps i should use a cue-thats why I dont win!!!? ???) Dont worry Alan it will be a good one! On a serious note and I know this really belongs in the other thread but I heard yesterday a few people think Kiers funeral today is 2.15, I double checked with Cathy, It is 4.15 as stated in entry by BFG. He and I will be attending before heading to the watery place. TTO has organised a floral tribute on behalf of the league. See you all later, last one to Selsey has web feet and should buy the next round!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
