Sadly the first post on this board is to announce the passing of a friend of forty years to the evil disease.
They told him he would not see the start of last year. He did! and the start of this year too, that was Bill.
Few on here will know one of the finest natural cueists I have ever seen. By heck he could hit a golf ball as well.
Bill was running tables thirty years ago when it was virtually unheard of down our way. He never extended his talents to the county scene and beyond, preferring to play locally.
A nicer guy you will not find and I'll miss you Bill.
