Congratulations to Pauline Withey who has just completed 40 Years working for Nuffield Press in Abingdon in the accounts department.

That's a long time to be in the same job!!

Can anyone on here equal or beat it?

Yes congratulations to Pauline and indeed unusul to see somebody at the same job for 40years in this day and age. Can only say Pauline was very young when she started as she does not seem old enough to have been working that long.
Would be good to catch her views on here especially if she is one who looks in from time to time.

I've spoken to 'Auntie' Pauline a few times about the Forum, and much as she'd love to join in, she doesn't want to be caught using it by her boss looking over her shoulder. :o

She did say that she enjoys catching up on all that goes on on here, though.

Well done to Pauline for her 40 years' service - I agree with TJ - it doesn't seem possible.

Hope that her firm are doing something special for her to commemorate the occasion. 8-)
