Tap B 1 Wellie B 4 Taxi 3680 Mark 5530 Phil 2060 Reg 9490 Rosie 280 Kala 750 Adam 2740 Garry 1990 Lyndsey (not sure how she spells it) 170 Tim 8110 A special well done to Kala playing her first competitive game. Not a high scoring game but she kept her nerve and is learning all the time. One point to note. I had 2 cups of tea at the Dyke last night.

A comfortable win for the Schooner 5 Duke of Wellington A 0 at the Three Horseshoes. The pattern of the game was that the Duke had trouble withthe break all evening and the Schooner did just enough. Plenty of banter, unfortunately after looking forward to the usual good fare at the Shoes there was no food.

Sorry about that TJ, don`t know what happened. I called in to see what the sticky mark was on the top earlier and Sandra said she knew nothing about the match. With Geoff not there last night, it wasn`t possible for her to do anything at short notice. At the Stadium however, now open with Turkish owners, we weren`t expecting any food. But to our delight, they came out with a large tray of assorted sandwiches and some chips. Very nice people, I hope they do well.
Three Horseshoes 4 Montreal 1

Good night as always with the Montreal boys. Bob was the only winner for them, but might have been a different story had Hayley kept a 2k break when going well.

Its no problem KT, just that we are normaly spoilt at the Shoes. Like you hope new owners make a go of the Stadium, troubled times for rebuilding a business that has dwindled. Can only see more gloom and doom in the new year with the financial crises really biting.
