I was told this morning that the Hove Park Tavern now has a table. I don't know what the place is like these days, but it never used to be much to shout about as a venue for a Bar Billiards match.
Other pubs in Brighton & Hove with tables but no teams that I know of:
The Ancient Mariner - Beer and cider a bit expensive (£3.75 for a pint of Old Rosie) The Westhill The Racehorse (or whatever it is called now) The Smugglers (last I heard it still had a table for those with a sense of adventure)

Tried the Marlipins table last night. My advise is don't bother for a while. It's like playing on a soggy sponge and it gets quite tiring hitting the balls hard enough to reach to 50 holes. Bald Pete and Myself did suggest to the Landlady that the table won't get played very often whilst it's in that state and a bit of TLC is needed.
If any of you want to try it, beware, it's a Capital Coin table so watch those knuckles on the coin slot (remember the Windmill tables).

The Rat & Trumpet (Ex Compton - Seven Dials) has a table. The Hove Park Tavern has The Kendals Table. The Prince of Wales (Churchill Square) has a table downstairs. Not much room but it is another venue.
