Don't mess with the family part 2 :)
Well we turned up at the White Horse and yet again the team didn't show, my mum stepped in again.
but we beat them 3-2 8-) Plus I bettered my highest away break on the White Horse table.
If it wasn't for Oxford Open I wouldn't of done that. Learning to adapt to the table and changing the game tactics helped and I won comfortably. See I'm still learning :)
This is however my final game for this season. We gave them a second chance.....
Great night out, food was nice. (tip) make Beef sandwiches I love them ;D ;) ;) In case you misread this they did do beef sandwiches.

We haven't had an apology, phone call or any communication with them.
Reason 1 - They went to the Longbow in Huntingdon and stayed there until 10pm waiting. (Hard to believe you wouldn't notice there was no BB table there :-/).
We didn't recieve any apology or phone call, in fact my dad had to phone them to wonder what the situation was. :o
Reason 2 - They thought it was a Home game not an away, we haven't actually spoken to them, this is off the "grapevine".
Again they haven't phoned to apoligise or even explain what happened.
So this is all I know on the situation. As things stand, the George family has been turning up and no one else. So we have decided to not be muppets even when they can't be bothered to pick up the phone and explain themshelves >:( ::)
I can't see them continueing, I am leaving for Rusden next season, plus they haven't got any spares for my dad.
In a way i'm glad I have finished plus with a win 8-)
I won't miss the stresses of playing here.
At least I mastered the White Horse table finally :) ;D 8-)
Next tuesday is my final game here (competition).
