I can't tell you anything about your table, but i will tell you we had one many years ago (about 20) situated at the P.H.A.B club on silver street in Reading Berks. It had four mushrooms (2 white-1 black & 1 red).
Don't know where it came from, but it was never used as a league table (not legal)
Difficult table but fun to play

Hi aebbasec thanks for your reply its good to know that there was a 4 pin table located in Reading all those years ago, i appreciate it would not have been legal in the local leagues god only knows what it was doing in 3 pin country , funnily enough i spoke to a chap over xmas who said he had seen tables (not 3 pin) with the 100 and 200 reversed any one else out there ever happened across this configuration on there travels.
PS what does P.H.A.B stand for ?
