Match at Duke of Wellington (A) v Schooner.
TJ with the break against Dave ( medallion) jnr. Opens with 4k, Dave got them back pegged 3k, TJ pegged 2k, Dave kept 2k, TJ pegged 1.5k, Dave finished off but ran out of time. As the evening was going to prove Daves score would have won all other games. 3780-4400. 0-1
Pete Brown off less than 1k, Dave Anscombe struggled with pace of table but kept battling, and Pete could not keep any scores. BP-3780. 0-2
Bill Kerr off at 500, Brian Bartram got them back but pegged. This then turned into another game of pick the peg up, Bill doing enough to stay ahead. 1470-2500 0-3.
I? (my apologies) Roberts off at less than 500, Rick built early lead and again maintained it throughout despite never getting hold of the table. 840-2550. 0-4.
Gina Sherratt opened with 1k and D( again apologies) Squires repied with same. Gina showed her battling character to build a lead whuich she was never going to relinquish. 1630-3080. 0-5.
Enjoyable evening, pity mindless idiot had been in a ripped the D up damaging the cloth as well and causing problems with siting the ball comfortable on the D. Table certainly very different to when we played the other Thursday ( does seem when Nige about he does have the magic touch).

Brewery Tap `A` 1 Three Horseshoes 4
As Kev said earlier, this match was played on Monday due to the fixture clash at the Romans.
Lloydy 0 v Mr Reaper 6,570 Mario 10,720 v Ian 5,290 Reevesy 0 v Geoff 11,050 Richard 3,450 v Martin S. 6,670 Nige 5,100 v Kt 12,830
This puts us 8 points clear of the Tap with four games to go. Only the worst batting collapse in history can stop us taking their title ;D
