Hi everyone and thanks for the messages of support before my recent operation, after 11 days the hospital staff have had enough of me and have sent me home. Its unlikely that I will play any other games this season - but boy is it good to be home. See you all soon as I start to get a bt more mobile

Glad to hear the operation was a success, Alan, and this is to wish you all the best for a full recovery.
Sounds as if you will be a bit sore to begin with, so take it easy !

Great to hear you are back at home Alan. ;D
Hope all went well and you are soon back up on your feet and running around again...... but don't try to rush it and end up overdoing things.
Take care, hope to see you soon.

Good news and welcome back Alan, as to will not play another game this season, some may ask (can`t think who would be so rude) have you played out this season yet. Wishing you a speedy complete recovery, that is some time in hospital these days.

Hi Alan, glad you`re back at home and everything went well :)
I`m quite happy to leave the Brighton singles til the last possible minute so you can recover some more. Be a shame if you can`t play it :( :-/
