Congratulations to Chris Toner on winning the AE singles at Reading yesterday.
After losing her first group match to Janet (berks), she came back strongly to beat Janie McCoy (Kent0 and Sally Mortimer (surrey).
In the final she beat Marion Izzard (bucks)

How many times is that now??
I did look in the AEBBA Roll of Honour, but couldn't find the AE Ladies singles winners list, which is a big surprise to me when almost everything else is in there. :o
Mind you, haven't you won it under THREE different names, or am I thinking of someone else?!
Maybe I'm thinking of the future!! ::) 8-) ;D ;)

Janet Burns played so well first game and absolutley stuffed me I truly believed she would go through.
You will know the surname Keith when you see the trophy next year!! ::)
Not going to blast you which is unusual for me :o
Nigel has me as 5 times I thought 6 previously...
