British Open Pairs Championship 2010 Entrants list

Below is a list of entrants for the Pairs draw, for the event being held at the Queens Hotel Bournemouth.

We are not able to hold the draw on the 18th Feb at the Moneyfields Club after all. Radio 5 live are now there in the evening hosting a live programme with the Pompey supporters, the topic surrounds the current winding up issues that the football club faces.

The draw is therefore moved again back to the British Queen tomorrow night 16th Feb, following the MIxed Pairs Final, which at earliest will be 9pm.

Any late entries please contact me by 5pm tomorrow.[/b

]If anyone was travelling for the draw and is now unhappy please let me know by 5pm tomorrow.
If not a post will be made re the draw this week and times will follow after Nigel Senior has sorted it.

I am very sorry but all changes are due to circumstances beyond our control.

There may be a problem with the entry form in that Chris Toner tells me Eric says he has missed off the £10 entry fee.

We cannot remember whether it was per player or per pair. I cannot see minutes of the last AGM. Can anyone remember?

So don't go posting off your entries until someone remembers or dave Alder can be contacted.

You are correct, so long as the £10 entry fee is paid you can stay wherever you like.

Obviously it is not in the interest of the future of the competition if too many people do not stay at the Queens.

??? it's not made clear on the booking form ??? I'm sure that this has been raised before and the only way to get in the comp is to weigh in with the full amounts.

It's as Sav has said in that you can stay wherever you like now. Just leave where your going to stay blank and remember it's now £10 a pair.

Hi All

The Open Pairs now has 54 entries.
The closing date is February the 16th at the latest.
The draw will be made at the British Queen, Portsmouth on the 17th February 2010.

Hopefully Eric will give me a list of those pairs entered on the 10th February and I will put these up prior to the draw...
