Lodger required for 6 month period from Jan 2007 Mondays to Fridays in soon to be quiet area of Burton Latimer

Would be helpful if good at the following -

Heavy drinking

Bar Billiards (Monday nights)

Decorating

Gardening

Using Tartometer

Also helpful if fond of sheep (but not to fond)
