Hello, I don't know if anybody can help me with some information? ;)
I run the Sussex Website and I am in the process of an update of some of the old Inter League records..... ::)
I have managed to get a lot of information from the Worthing Website 8-) but if anybody could let me have first names for the following players who have represented various Worthing teams in the Inter League Competitions over the years it would be much appreciated......
J Blake Craig Anscombe Keith Wallace Tom Massey
Many thanks, in anticipation.

Adrian Swift, Gary Cox, Jim McRobert and Andy McCormick. Sheila O'Brien is NOT Sheila Day, but she was Sheila Pinner

Wendy Bruce and Wendy Sherrat (Gina's daughter) are two separate people. Wendy Bruce is a much older lady.
Sheila O'Brien used to be Sheila Pinner, and has never AFAIK been Sheila Day.
And one for you off the top of the list.........A Swift would be Adrian Swift, an excellent former player from Mid Sussex who moved to Worthing.

Keith Wallace Craig Anscombe (Dave's son) Thanks Dave, much appreciated. ;D If it helps to prompt anybody's memories.... ;) J Blake played 1 game for Worthing C in Division 2 during 2001/02, losing with a score of 1,140. T Massey played 2 games for Worthing D in Division 3 during 2005/06 season, losing both.

J Blake not sure if this is Vern Blake as Worthing C played at the Elms and Vern played for one of the Elms teams at this time. Vern played with and still does with Dave France and Ron Brewer now at the Swan.
Tom Massey was also landlord of the Elms
The D team also played out of the Elms around this time

I'm not sure if J Blake is Vern Blake...... Vern is shown as playing 2 games, winning both, for Worthing D in Division 2 West in 2001/02 Season..... J Blake appeared once for Worthing C, losing that match, in the same season in Division 2 East. ??? ::) Would that have been possible....... or is there a J Blake who could have played as a one-off player? :-/
