Final group positions week 10

Congratulations to the Exiles for completing the semi final line up for the Abington Glass summer league, they achieved this by beating Rushden Cons 3-1 at home in the final game any other result would have seen league newcomers The Locomotive taking that position from the Exiles, The Exiles sneaked home by courtesy of losing one less game than the Loco. The Locomotive can now look forward to competing in the forthcoming winter league for the first time.
The semi final first legs will be played on Monday Sept 3rd, Group A winners Burton Cons will travel to the Crown and Anchor Saints and The Exiles will entertain group B winners The Storm.
The Annual general meeting for the league will be held at Earls Barton WMC on Tuesday Sept 4th at 8pm, all players are welcome and are indeed encouraged to attend.

Ah....that reminds me we have only got 2 players for Monday at the moment with PJ off to America and Leigh off to far flung Hastings ??? I knew I had to do something this week ::)
