no mr ingram tonight any reason and nice score by H any thing wrong with the table as away team low scores I was dropped by the Captain tonight...... :'( (okay, I wasn't really, I stayed at home and got thrashed at Monopoly by my boys who are down for the half-term. :-[ :'( ;D) I don't know how the table played, but looking at the scores from H & Bill I would say that it was probably playing pretty well...... opposition scores pretty much in line with their Lewes Averages so far this season. ;)

Game of the evening was Paul Vs.Derek. See-sawed both ways towards the end until Derek put the last ball down the 200 to take what was to be the crucial frame. Some good games tonight and good evening with the legion generally. Cheers all

Wow..... well played Sean, first defeat for Nigel in Lewes for a long time!
Well played Kevin "Little-Legs" as well in the decider
Wow indeed Sean played a terrefic game , after losing an opening 1.5 break, he got them back to score 1k,Nigel replied with 2.3k but not put off at all every time Sean got back to the table he managed to get the break back and steadily pull away.
In a good decider I opened with 2k which Chase replied to with 3k, after a while fiddling at the top of the table I managed to get the balls back at the crucial time. :D.
Thanks to the Plough for a good evening , after Sean and Ian's good performances, Trevor and Geoff could struggle to get in the team next week ;D ;D

Thanks to the Plough for a good evening , after Sean and Ian's good performances, Trevor and Geoff could struggle to get in the team next week ;D ;D Sadly, I hear that Ian (his wife Mary) and Sean are all leaving the Plough at the end of this month, I believe that a temporary manager will be taking over. :'( Ian & Mary used to own the White Horse in Ditchling and have always been great supporters of the local Bar Billiard Leagues.... I hope that team at the Plough will continue to enjoy the support there as it is a really nice venue. 8-)

this was mentioned at committee about a new team but as far as we know the new landlord maybe a keen barbilliard man so the team could be there for the forciable future

There is always one certainty in bar billiards where ever the table old TJ will always find the black peg has a magnet, table in good position and did change slightly over the evening ( as Bill will confirm, but he adjusted well), but this to be expected as will take a few days for table to settle.
