Is this possible?
I need a photo of the facade of Southwater Sports Club for the Horsham and Billingshurst websites, and cannot find one on Google or Google Images.
But there's a great shot on Google Earth, directly linked to our AEBBA map, but there's no 'copy' or 'save image' facility that I can see.
Apart from taking a snap of my laptop screen, is there a better method of saving a decent photo for use on my website?

There is a utility by Endicosoft called 'Webpage Capture' which is available as a freeware download in it's basic form. Does what the name suggests and takes a snapshot of the webpage being viewed and stores it as a .bmp bitmap file. A bit of simple cropping and you have your picture.

Thank you, Dave. After studying the reviews of the various websites offering the facility, I've opted for this one: wescrape.com/webcaptureThis allows you to enter the http:// for your chosen frame as an adhoc request without the need to download special software using up valuable computer memory. Not got it working yet, GoogleEarth response is a bit slow at present. ;) tommo

How did you get on tommo? I've found another freeware package that tests out pretty well, it's Wisdom-soft's ScreenHunter 5.1

Yes, all sorted thanks. Scroll down on this page of B'hurst website: www.billingshurstbarbilliards.co.uk/page2.html............and you will find the SWSC photo displayed. Both Sav and Barbelman have been able to send me a fixed image also. ;)
