Black Horse 3 United Services Club 2
Jan Bithell 1,110 - 4,060* Bill Kerr Richard Wooton 15,740* - 240 Tony Jenner Dave Knight 4,160 - 1,400* Gina Sherratt Dave Todd 2,240* - 3,480 Dave Ingram Ric Bithell 7,620 - 1,710* Colleen Park
Richard (opening break of 13k+) and Ric (7k+ break) both showed us how good the table was with the better team on the night winning. ;)
Great evening in good company..... 8-)
......shame about the Toads being played at the same time though. ::)

The away team (one of the Fish teams) were very conscious of the fact that it was getting in the way tonight. Part a problem with the layout of the pub, and unfortunately the BH toad team don't seem to have the best approach. Although I wasn't there, I will pass on apologies from our guys - some of them (Jim) are bar billiards players themselves and realise the problems its causes!

Plough P/G 2 v 3 Beermat Brewers
Think all the wins went with the breaks... I don't have the scores though.....
Congrats to the Beermats.

A good night all round and never mind standing back and watching a master at work on their table.

Can I just ask - was the offending toad player one of ours, or one of the Black Horse?

Can I just ask - was the offending toad player one of ours, or one of the Black Horse? It was one of the locals that seemed to be getting in the way most of the time, I'm not even sure that he was even actually playing Toads as he was standing in the gap between the Toads game and the Table for most of the evening meaning that everybody was having to go around him..... ::)
