We were a different bunch this year with some first timers, and a lot of the usual crew did not go, something like 20 short on usual numbers. We had the usual friday afternoon drinking and snooker session. Nice grub this year, I prefer the system to rushing up with a plate. Got up for the Karaoke (thanx for the compliments Colleen :-*) and the Billiards wasn't too bad. Well done to the winners, and the organisers 8-)

Many congratulations to Pete and Steve on their victory which was ultimately down to Pete's run-out in the first game and my ineptitude in the last... :( Very to-and-fro Final though and interesting for the spectators! My excuse is that Jon had been playing so well all day I had hardly had a shot!! ;D
Good weekend thoughout with lovely food and Ringwood bitter as well - only the weather let us down. Many, many thanks to Eric, Dennis and Dave for organising, setting up excellent tables and tournament directing respectively.
