The semi-final fixture, picked on the Mill House is acknowledged and appreciated. 8-)
I will prepare the table to the best of my ability beforehand for them, and hope to read about some big scores on the night. :)

The Stout House have won a narrow match over the Dun Horse and will go through to the final. Im sure either Adam or Ian will update with a review of the night soon.

The Mill House misery continues with a semi-final Cup defeat against a very worthy Plough A team at the Limeburners.
tommo 4330, Keith Potter 2750 BabyGuinness 1650, Geoff Parsons 2890 Miseriguts 1390, Steve Whyte 1630 Nick Hayes BP, Steve Vizor 1800 Boball 2910, Mark Webber 2020 Mill House 2, Plough A 3
Nick played some great shots after the bar to pot all the whites and give himself a chance with the red in the 200, but unfortunately took the black with it.
Thanks to the considerate barmaid who rustled us up some hot cheesy chips, and best of luck to the Plough A when they play on Finals Night.

Unlucky Clive. Another close one then!
It was a similarly close game at the Mill House between Limeburners and Crawley Club with Tony and co advancing with a marginal 3-2 victory.
Windmill A were only able to field 4 players gifting Rick with a leg for Roffey. Mark Gasson took the first leg over Dick in a closely fought tie before the league champions stepped up a gear. Pete and Junky both rattled in scores close to or above 5k before the mighty Mick Fairs struck over 11k at the Dun Horse. Final score of 4-1 Roffey.
Plough A will meet the Stout in the Final of the cup next month while Roffey will meet Limeburners in the Plate final.

Sadly, the Dun Horse were a man down last night, making our job a tad harder. The Stout House ran out worthy 3-2 winners in the end. The scores were as follows:
Adam Bateup:B/P John Tidy:3690
Graham Sparksman:1380 Dave Howlett:3690
Paul Jobbins:2750 Gordon Carver:B/P
Keith Newman had the bye in the fourth.
Richard Spurrier:5670 Glyn owen:1040
Good night with the Stout House, with pleny of good banter.
